Job summary

Too Good To Go is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead a team of specialists and coordinators, owning 3PL governance, performance, and vendor relationships across multiple markets. You will drive service quality, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement with Finance and Operational Excellence teams.

The role reports to the Head of European Logistics and requires hands-on operations leadership in fast-paced ecommerce or perishable goods environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain, or logistics.
• Proven 3PL vendor management experience driving performance and cost efficiency.
• Experience leading a logistics/operations team.
• Excellent communication to manage external vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem solving.
• Fluent in English with working proficiency in Dutch or German.

Responsibilities

• Own 3PL and carrier performance and SLAs.
• Drive customer experience and operational excellence post-purchase and delivery.
• Manage costs and drive efficiency across the supply chain.
