Job summary

MANUS in the Eindhoven region is seeking its first Supply Chain Manager to build and run the hardware supply chain that will scale our data gloves from thousands to tens of thousands. The role is hybrid, with three office days, and a monthly gross salary of EUR 5,000 to 6,500 for full-time work.

You will own purchasing, planning, inventory and logistics, forecast with Exact ERP, manage supplier contracts, and lead a junior buyer. Start as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• Experience setting up or running the supply chain for a hardware product.
• Negotiates contracts and SLAs with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Plans and forecasts from ERP data and builds scenarios.
• Coaches a junior colleague and builds a structured way of working.

Responsibilities

• Select manufacturers and negotiate contracts, prices, MOQs and SLAs.
• Own purchasing, planning, inventory and logistics; ensure ERP delivers forecasts.
• Monitor critical components in a volatile market and decide what to buy ahead.
• Measure and improve delivery reliability, lead times and inventory levels.
• Lead and develop a junior buyer and collaborate with the Industrialisation Engineer.
