As the first in this role, you will establish the supplier base, manage procurement, and develop processes vital for scaling our operations in a deep-tech metrology startup. A solid background in supply chain management within the semiconductor industry is essential, along with a Master's degree or equivalent experience. Qualifications

• Solid background in supply chain, sourcing or procurement within the semiconductor or high-tech equipment industry.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and leading commercial negotiations.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Build the supply chain function from scratch, creating processes, frameworks, and supplier relationships.
• Own supplier selection across a highly specialist, technical component landscape.
• Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers and service providers.
