Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a Hardware Manager to lead a team of electronics engineers responsible for the design and delivery of complex hardware platforms for high-reliability industrial applications. The role combines technical leadership with hands-on involvement in the engineering process.

Location Zwolle, Netherlands. You will drive architecture, oversee analog, digital and embedded design, mentor engineers, and collaborate with software, systems, and project management to ensure on-time

Qualifications

Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
Strong background in electronic hardware development.
Experience leading engineering teams or technical projects.
Knowledge of analogue, digital, and embedded system design.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Hardware Engineers across multiple projects.
Define hardware architecture and technical direction for new product development.
Oversee analogue, digital, mixed-signal, and embedded hardware design activities.
Support engineers through design reviews, technical problem solving, and project delivery.
Work closely with software, systems, mechanical, and project management teams.
Drive engineering best practice across development, verification, and documentation.
