Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a Hardware Manager to lead a team of electronics engineers responsible for the design and delivery of complex hardware platforms for high-reliability industrial applications. The role combines technical leadership with hands-on involvement in the engineering process.

Location Zwolle, Netherlands. You will drive architecture, oversee analog, digital and embedded design, mentor engineers, and collaborate with software, systems, and project management to ensure on-time

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Strong background in electronic hardware development.
• Experience leading engineering teams or technical projects.
• Knowledge of analogue, digital, and embedded system design.

This Hardware Manager role will lead a team of electronics engineers responsible for the design and delivery of complex hardware platforms. The Hardware Manager will play a key role in both technical leadership and team development whilst remaining involved in the engineering process.
