Job summary

Salland Engineering in Zwolle seeks a seasoned PCB Engineering Manager to lead the hardware team in the Semitest department. You will drive project alignment, coach staff, and ensure high quality while shaping process improvements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You bring a completed Bachelor’s in Electronics and proven managerial experience within technical settings. Dutch and English fluency, proximity to Zwolle, and EU work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or comparable field.
• Experience in managerial or coordinating roles in a technical environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; reside near Zwolle and eligible to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hardware team within the Semitest department and drive development.
• Coach growth, conduct performance discussions, and elevate the team.
• Coordinate hardware activities across projects and ensure alignment.
• Steer quality, planning, budget, and priorities; address risks or bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with hardware, test application, and instrumentation teams on projects.
• Engage with customers and suppliers to align interests effectively.
• Initiate process improvements and professionalize the hardware domain.
• Provide structure and clarity in a dynamic technical environment.
