Job summary

Tecwave B.V. is seeking a hardware engineer for industrial automation to design and specify control installations and electrical systems. You will work with panel construction and field service teams to deliver customized solutions and ensure safety and reliability of installations.

The role emphasizes developing hardware for control systems, data collection on existing installations, and proactive process improvements, with a strong focus on hands-on engineering and technology passion.

Qualifications

MBO diploma in Industrial Automation or Electrical Engineering.
Experience with industrial installations and hardware.
Knowledge of drawing programs such as EPLAN and EPLAN Pro Panel, or willingness to learn them.
Problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality.
Proactive attitude and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities

Designing and developing hardware solutions for control systems.
Collecting data on customers’ existing control systems.
Performing calculations and checks to ensure that your designs meet standards and requirements.
Collaborating with customers and suppliers as a technical point of contact.
Supporting the panel construction and field service teams in implementing the systems.
Continuously seeking improvements in technical processes.
