Job summary

Tecwave B.V. is seeking a Senior Hardware Engineer to work on control panels, I/O lists, and component selection for industrial automation projects. The role combines independent work with close collaboration with customers and colleagues, with occasional on-site presence.

You will design electrical diagrams, supervise detailed engineering, and contribute to workshop drawings, while leveraging AutoCAD, Cable++, and SISTEMA for analysis and documentation.

Qualifications

• MBO or HBO diploma in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Automation.
• Relevant experience as Hardware Engineer in industrial automation.
• Knowledge of industrial hardware and electrical installations is a plus.
• Independent, accurate, and solution-oriented.
• Team player with communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical and P&ID diagrams for control panels.
• Prepare I/O lists and perform cable calculations.
• Select technical components and materials.
• Supervise detailed engineering and translate to workshop drawings.
• Collaborate with project teams and customers to achieve optimal solutions.
