Job summary

Demcon Groningen is seeking a hands-on prototype engineer who will help realize machines, modules and test setups within diverse projects. You participate in design discussions, contribute to assembly improvements, and have the freedom to propose and implement enhancements in consultation with fellow prototype engineers.

You will be involved across development, assembly, integration, testing, delivery and support, using CAD/EPLAN models and producing reliable parts.

Qualifications

• MBO+/HBO education in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or electrical engineering.
• Experience as prototype engineer in mechanical/high-tech fields.
• Dutch and English language skills; driving license.

Responsibilities

• Help realize machines, modules and test setups within projects.
• Contribute to design reviews and assembly improvements.
• Work across development, assembly, integration, testing and delivery.
• Document findings and feedback for design improvements.
