Job summary

Prysmian Group NL is seeking a Production Engineer in the Netherlands to analyze, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes. You will work hands-on on the shop floor, drive improvement projects, and support operational teams to increase quality, safety, and reliability.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in a manufacturing setting, and collaboration with a wide range of functions including Shift Leaders, Operators, Logistics, Process Engineering, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and improvement projects.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
• Languages: Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Analyze production processes and identify bottlenecks.
• Lead improvement projects applying Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen.
• Collaborate with Continuous Improvement Coordinator to strengthen initiatives.
• Provide data-driven reports and monitor KPIs.
