Qualifications

3–7 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction advisory, or a similar investing environment.
Strong financial modelling, valuation, analytical, and commercial skills, with a keen interest in lower mid-market businesses.
Fluent Dutch and English, both written and spoken; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and intellectually curious, with the ability to take ownership and thrive in a lean investment team.

Responsibilities

Support and lead investment processes across the full deal cycle, from sourcing and due diligence through execution and portfolio management.
Build and review financial models, valuations, investment analyses, and transaction materials.
Conduct market, industry, and company research and develop clear investment theses and recommendations.
Work closely with management teams, advisors, and investment partners, while contributing to portfolio value creation initiatives.
