Job summary

PeakSeek in Amsterdam seeks strong candidates for Associate or VP level to support and lead investment processes across the full deal cycle. You will build and review financial models, conduct market research, and develop clear investment theses for collaborations with management teams and partners.

The role requires hands-on, entrepreneurial, and analytical professionals who thrive in a lean investment team and are fluent in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction advisory, or a similar investing environment.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, analytical, and commercial skills, with a keen interest in lower mid-market businesses.
• Fluent Dutch and English, both written and spoken; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and intellectually curious, with the ability to take ownership and thrive in a lean investment team.
