Job summary

Roxor-Abrasives in Best, Netherlands, is seeking a production worker to craft grinding wheels from 90 mm to 1500 mm. You will learn on the job, gain independence, and take responsibility for orders from start to finish.

Key tasks include quality-driven inspection, material mixing, mould shaping, curing, and precision finishing on a lathe. Prior production experience is a plus, and training for machine operation may be provided.

Qualifications

• Physically fit to lift/work with 20–25 kg materials.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility.
• Willing to learn and contribute to order completion.
• Experience in production is a plus, especially craftsmanship over assembly line.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming orders/parts with a focus on quality.
• Process raw materials in 20–25 kg containers and mix correctly.
• Shape the mixture into moulds for grinding wheels.
• Bake moulds in the oven and cure wheels before finishing.
• Finish grinding wheels neatly on the lathe.
• Over time, training may enable operation of machines.
