RaaakPersoneel BV is seeking a Production Worker in Best to learn how to manufacture grinding wheels and segments. Training and support are provided so you can learn at your own pace.

You will handle materials, lift 20–25 kg, and contribute to a safe, clean workplace while developing technical skills for future roles. Weekend starts early on Fridays at 12:30 PM, with a 40-hour week and strong team support.

Start as a Production Worker in Best! Earn up to €2,700 gross per month, learn a new trade and enjoy an early start to your weekend every Friday at 12:30 PM

Would you like a hands-on job where you can learn a technical trade? As a Production Worker in Best, you will learn how to manufacture grinding wheels step by step. No previous experience is required! You will receive proper training and support from your colleagues, so you can learn the job at your own pace.

You will help manufacture grinding wheels and segments in different sizes. The raw materials are supplied in containers weighing approximately 20 to 25 kg. This means you should be comfortable doing physical work and lifting heavier materials.

Your responsibilities as a Production Worker include:

• Manufacturing grinding wheels and segments according to the production process.
• Handling raw materials and working with grinding wheels in various sizes.
• Learning how the production process works.
• Keeping your workplace clean and working safely.
• Developing your technical skills and knowledge.

Interested in technology and machinery? Over time, you may also learn how to maintain and repair machines. There are opportunities to obtain a forklift certificate or develop your skills and grow into an Operator position.

You don't need to know everything from day one. A positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a practical mindset are what matter most!

• A gross monthly salary of up to €2,700, based on 40 hours per week.
