Precision Partner in the Eindhoven area seeks a Grinder to bring metal parts to the required size and surface quality using a grinding machine. You will clamp, dress the grinding wheel, set up the machine and measure products precisely, then inspect quality and dimensions. • Experience as a grinder, metalworker, metal production operative or similar role.
• Reading technical drawings or work instructions is desired, willingness to learn if not yet proficient.
• Dutch language not required.

As a Grinder in the Eindhoven area, you bring metal parts on the grinding machine to the required size and surface quality: clamping, selecting and dressing the grinding wheel, setting up the machine and precisely measuring the products. Grinding is the process that achieves the tightest tolerances.

You also use hand tools for finishing, remove burrs and sharp edges, check products for quality and dimensional accuracy, carry out visual inspections, and read technical drawings and work instructions. You flag deviations and improvement points and keep your workplace clean and safe.

You bring experience as a grinder, metalworker, metal production operative or a similar role, with technical insight and a feel for materials. You can already read drawings and work instructions, or you're willing to learn. Dutch is not required.

Gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €3,800.
