Likemymind Netherlands B.V. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and mentor multiple engineering squads, align projects with business goals, and ensure delivery of high-quality technical solutions in a fast-changing environment.

You will shape technical strategy, collaborate with product, operations, and QA, navigate evolving technologies, and foster a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement across the organization in the Netherlands.

Competenze

• For a position as Engineering Manager, a university education (WO) is required, preferably a technical degree such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Industrial Design.
• As preparation for university, it's best to choose the VWO profile Science & Technology (N&T), where mathematics and physics are essential subjects.
• Many Engineering Managers later strengthen their technical background with an MBA or management education to develop their leadership skills.
