Job summary

CPS Case Packing Systems is seeking a hands-on Manager Engineering to lead the transition to a Configure to Order (CTO) model. You will oversee System Design & Testing, Mechanical, Software, and Electrical Engineering and actively contribute to design and engineering work.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will implement platform-based methodologies, drive ownership, and foster collaboration across the organisation to scale our high-performance case packing solutions.

Qualifications

• Seasoned technical leader with hands-on engineering experience.
• Experience setting up or working with platform-based methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead CTO transitions and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Technically lead and realize CTO transition and platform strategy.
• Organize teams and workflows per product, while contributing to design and engineering work.
• Define front-end project results with clear planning, priorities and milestones.
• Support service and bridge engineering and service with technical expertise.
