• Proven track record managing guest-facing technologies like mobile apps and kiosks.
• Familiarity with hospitality ecosystems and technology integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision and roadmap for guest technology platforms.
• Prioritize guest technology product backlog balancing experience and operational impact.
• Lead alignment meetings with strategic partners for product roadmap.
