Job summary

Tivoli Hotels & Resorts is offering an internship in Guest Relations at Tivoli Doelen Amsterdam. You will be the guest contact, especially with VIPs, and connect with events and other departments to create an extraordinary stay in a historic five‑star setting.

You will brainstorm ideas, help improve processes, and share your knowledge of Amsterdam to enhance guest experiences. A monthly internship allowance and hotel perks support your development.

Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled as a student.
• You have charisma, guests approach you easily and vice versa.
• You are creative and have an eye for detail.
• Going the extra mile makes you happy.
• You are confident; there is no complaint that you cannot resolve.
• Helping guests is you second nature and you know all the ins and outs of the city.

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for guests, especially VIPs, and for event contacts.
• Serve as the vital link between departments to deliver an extraordinary guest experience.
• Propose and test creative ideas, improve work processes and keep areas neat and tidy.
