Job summary

Tivoli Doelen Amsterdam is seeking a Guest Relations Employee for a full-time position in Amsterdam. You are the first contact for guests before, during, and after their stay, ensuring a timeless experience and addressing inquiries with warmth.

You will handle guest feedback, assist with complaints across online platforms, and uphold Minor Hotels Europe & Americas Quality Standards. English fluency and at least one year in a similar hotel role are required.

Qualifications

• You have a perfect command of the English language.
• You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role in a hotel.
• You are used to working on a project basis and can surprise guests in any possible way.

Responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for our guests at all levels before, during, and after their stay.
• You recognize bottlenecks in service, analyze them, and contribute to improving the service level.

You ensure that the first contact with guests is made before their stay, you maintain this contact during the stay and even take care of the last contact after the stay. You recognize bottlenecks in the field of service (hotel-wide), you analyze these and you actively contribute to improving the service level.
