Job summary

The Social Hub (B Corp™) in Amsterdam invites you to join as a Front Office Host, the first smile guests see and a key part of the lobby energy. You’ll guide check-ins, offer local tips, and connect guests with events and experiences across a dynamic, multi-national space.

Bring 1–3 years of hospitality or guest-facing experience, a welcoming vibe, and comfort with PMS and guest messaging apps. English and Dutch communication are essential in this team-driven, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hospitality or guest-facing role
• Energetic, welcoming vibe
• Able to switch between tasks without losing a smile
• Proactive mindset with a focus on memorable guest moments
• Comfortable using digital tools (PMS, kiosks, messaging apps)
• Clear communication in English and Dutch
• Team player who stays calm during busy peaks

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and set a great atmosphere from the start
• Assist with check-ins, payments and kiosk navigation
• Keep the lobby tidy, inviting and buzzing with the right energy
• Offer local recommendations and connect guests to events and experiences
• Assist with bookings for activities and dining
• Share guest insights and feedback with the team
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance to keep operations smooth
• Promote outlets and upsell opportunities
