Job summary

The Social Hub is seeking an AsaFront Office Host to greet guests, manage check-ins and guide newcomers with local tips. You’ll move between the desk and lobby, creating an energetic, friendly space that makes arrivals feel special and conversations memorable.

You’ll join a dynamic team and collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance to keep operations smooth, while promoting outlets and upsell opportunities across our European properties.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in hospitality or a similar guest-facing role.
• Energetic, welcoming vibe that makes guests feel at home.
• Able to switch between tasks without losing your smile.
• Proactive mindset and turning small moments into memorable experiences.
• Comfortable with digital tools like PMS, kiosks, or guest messaging apps.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Team player who stays calm during busy peaks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and set a great atmosphere from the start.
• Assist with check-ins, payments and kiosk navigation.
• Keep the lobby tidy, inviting and buzzing with energy.
• Offer local recommendations and connect guests to events, restaurants and experiences.
• Jump in with bookings for activities, restaurants and everything in between.
• Share guest insights with the team to improve everystay.
• Work closely with Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance to keep things running smoothly.
• Represent TSH by promoting our outlets and spotting upsell opportunities.
