Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in performance, growth, or demand generation marketing.
• Hands-on experience with funnels, lead generation, and analytics.
• Understanding of B2B or B2B2C marketing.
• Strong analytical and execution skills.
• Structured, organized, and data-driven mindset.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize marketing funnels and lead generation processes
• Generate high-quality MQLs for sales and regional teams
• Improve conversion rates across funnel stages
• Create and maintain sales & marketing materials: pitch decks, landing pages, presentations and promo kits
• Launch regional marketing initiatives and campaigns
• Track campaign performance and prepare analytics reports
• Maintain accurate CRM and funnel data
• Collaborate with leadership and sales teams
