Job summary

PPHE Hotel Group is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive cross-brand paid media strategy and growth across UK, the Netherlands, Italy, Germany, and more. You will oversee multi-channel campaigns, leverage data-driven insights, and collaborate with Brand, Content, CRM, and regional teams to maximise bookings and revenue.

You will lead a small team, partner with agencies, and ensure landing pages are optimized for conversion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Paid Media.
• Hands-on expertise across Paid Search, Paid Social, Metasearch, Programmatic, and Affiliate Marketing.
• Experience managing budgets, agencies, and multiple campaigns across markets/brands.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into commercial recommendations.
• Experience managing and developing direct reports.
• Knowledge of attribution, conversion tracking, tagging, and digital measurement frameworks.
• Experience working with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the performance marketing strategy across the PPHE portfolio.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Metasearch, Programmatic, and Affiliate Marketing.
• Drive optimisation through testing, automation, segmentation, and CRO.
• Own performance reporting and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Manage and develop a team of three Performance Marketing Executives.
• Lead relationships with external agencies and optimise budgets.
