Job summary

jobr.pro is seeking an Integrations Developer to own end‑to‑end integration projects and build scalable connections with a global partner network. You’ll work with job boards, social platforms, CRMs, and ATS, coordinating tests and specs with external partners while learning from experienced developers.

You will grow in a hands‑on role, taking technical ownership and contributing to process improvements, with a hybrid office setup in the Netherlands and Europe.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands‑on PHP/MySQL experience with clean queries and data modeling.
• Experience building and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and OAuth flows; GraphQL is a plus.
• 1+ year of MVC framework experience, preferably Symfony, in a domain‑driven env.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree; strong analytical mindset and self‑starter attitude.
• Strong backend focus; some frontend knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Growth mindset with willingness to take on responsibility and learn from seniors.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, independent yet a reliable team player.
• Fluent Dutch and English for external partner alignment.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of integration projects from design to final implementation.
• Build and maintain scalable integrations with job boards, social platforms, CRM, and ATS.
• Coordinate testing and align integration specs with external partners.
• Collaborate with medior and senior developers to learn architecture and review code.
• Contribute to process and product improvements and make independent technical decisions.
