Arvato is seeking a Director Account Management & Operations to own a large, complex customer operation in Limburg, Netherlands. You will align customer and business objectives with operational strategy, ensuring performance across people, processes, customer satisfaction, and financial results.

As a strategic partner, you will lead an international organization, drive growth, and continuously improve operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent working and thinking level.
• Proven leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Account Management or similar.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for operational performance, account management and P&L, achieving objectives.
• Build relationships with senior customer stakeholders and lead strategic reviews and negotiations.
• Identify commercial opportunities within the account and translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary management team and foster ownership and high performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement changes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
