The role requires 12–15 years in BD or commercial roles within consulting or professional services, with 4+ years in strategic account management, full-cycle outbound sales, and compelling proposals to C-level clients.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years in business development or commercial roles within consulting, advisory, or professional services.
• 4+ years of experience in managing corporate accounts and defining high-level commercial strategies on C level.
• Proven success in executing full-cycle outbound sales with multi-stakeholder negotiations.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver compelling proposals with persuasive communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the commercial roadmap for Sustainability Advisory and Carbon Credit offerings.
• Own revenue targets and drive sustainable growth by identifying high-potential market segments.
• Oversee strategic accounts, prioritizing long-term partnerships and expansion of services.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor activity to refine the value proposition.
