Job summary

HAPI is VONQ’s embedded hiring platform that connects with leading ATS/HCM systems to power AI screening, programmatic media buying, and analytics. This role focuses on growing HAPI adoption with partner organizations, expanding AI-driven features, and driving revenue in a quota-carrying capacity.

You will work on a hybrid model with offices in Rotterdam and other European locations, collaborating across product, engineering, and sales to maximize partner value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of partner or channel experience with embedded/API integrations.
• Experience with APIs/XML feeds or white-label integrations.
• Fluency in English; German or French is a plus.
• Commercial mindset with ability to own numbers.
• Willingness to work in NL/UK/DE.

Responsibilities

• Drive Partner Growth: increase adoption of HAPI products within existing partners; measure adoption and paid campaigns.
• Expand AI and Product Adoption: lead rollout of AI screening and EQO capabilities in partner ecosystems.
• Strengthen and Deepen Partnerships: build relationships across product, customer success, and commercial leadership.
• Enable Partner Success: collaborate with product, support and engineering for smooth execution.
• Engage Partner Customers: meet ATS/HCM end-customers to collect feedback and translate to opportunities.
