Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the startup ecosystem and Netherlands investors.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English.
• Strategic thinker with ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to originate and manage client transactions.

Responsibilities

• Build your client portfolio and originate high-value transactions across Private Placement, M&A, ECM and DCM.
• Expand the bank's footprint on flow banking and related services.
• Lead by example and contribute to team strategy and cross-business collaboration.
