Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in analytics or data science at a data-driven company or platform.
• Proven track record scaling experimentation programmes and statistical methods.
• Strong data modelling, event schema design, and governance awareness.

• Lead product analytics and scale the experimentation engine to 50+ A/B tests per month.
• Set data modelling standards and govern data contracts with Tech and Data Eng.
• Coach a small team of analysts and collaborate with product, operations, and finance.
