Job summary

voco The Hague is seeking a Groups & Events Sales Executive to manage corporate, leisure and tour series requests within the Sales & Marketing team. You will be the main contact for groups, crafting tailored proposals, contracts and proformas, and conducting site inspections to showcase the voco storytelling.

Join a dynamic team in The Hague, contributing to revenue growth, guest satisfaction and brand experience across an iconic hotel. English is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality groups/events handling.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent multitasking and time management.
• Socially adept with networking and relationship building.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming Groups & Events requests and act as main point of contact.
• Prepare tailor-made offers, contracts and proforma invoices.
• Perform site inspections and engage clients with voco The Hague storytelling.
• Drive revenue, reputation and market share while monitoring results.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth execution of Groups & Events.
• Promote the voco brand and provide memorable guest experiences.
• Coordinate with other teams and participate in ad-hoc tasks as needed.
