Job summary

Koninklijke Zeelandia Groep B.V. seeks a Group Technical Account Manager – Fillings to drive technical collaboration with industrial bakeries across Europe.

You will translate customer needs into NPD briefs and coordinate with R&D, TAMs and local teams to deliver line tests, trials, scale-up and troubleshooting. You will travel across Europe approximately 35% and operate onsite from Zierikzee (NL) or Ronse (BE), shaping fillings strategy, sharing expertise, and supporting long-term customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Food Technology, Process Engineering or related field.
• Experience in Product/Process Development or Technical Sales within industrial bakery.
• Strong knowledge of industrial baking processes and fillings.
• Ability to analyze interactions between fillings, dough, and production equipment.
• Fluent English, willingness to travel across Europe (~35%), onsite in Zierikzee or Ronse.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships across Zeelandia’s local orgs and major European customers.
• Translate customer requirements into clear NPD briefs and initiate projects with R&D/NPD and TAMs.
• Support local TAMs with line tests, product trials, scale‑up, and troubleshooting at customer sites.
• Act as a technical problem solver on site, analyzing fillings with dough and equipment.
• Share knowledge across Zeelandia peers and develop competencies group-wide.
• Organize trainings, masterclasses, and coaching to raise expertise across countries.
• Collaborate with KAMs, TAMs, R&D/NPD, Marketing to translate tech into solutions.
• Work with other Group TAMs to strengthen the team and grow strategic product groups.
• Report to the Director Technical Account Management Industry Europe.
