Job summary

Royal Zeelandia Group is seeking a Group Technical Account Manager – Fillings to drive bakery innovation for industrial customers across Europe. You will combine technical expertise with a strong customer focus, supporting NPD, trials, scale-up and troubleshooting at customer facilities.

The role requires freedom to travel ~35% across Europe and regular onsite work from Zierikzee (NL) or Ronse (BE). Fluent English is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Food Technology, Process Engineering or a related field.
Relevant experience in Product/Process Development and/or Technical Sales in industrial bakery.
Strong understanding of industrial production lines, including mixing, pumping and dosing.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture relationships across Zeelandia’s local organisations and major customers across Europe.
Translate customer requirements into clear NPD briefs and initiate projects with R&D, NPD and local TAMs.
Support local TAMs during line tests, product trials, scale-up and first production runs.
Act as a technical problem solver onsite, analysing fillings interactions with dough and equipment.
Identify knowledge gaps and organise trainings to raise expertise across countries.
Work cross-functionally with KAMs, TAMs, R&D/NPD, Marketing and product leads.
Collaborate with other Group TAMs to strengthen the TAM team across Europe.
Report to the Director Technical Account Management Industry Europe.
