Royal Zeelandia Group seeks a Group Technical Account Manager - Fillings to drive NPD and support industrial bakery customers across Europe. You will translate needs into projects, coordinate with R&D/NPD and TAMs, and ensure successful line tests and scale-up at production facilities.

You will travel about 35% across Europe and work onsite from Zierikzee (NL) or Ronse (BE), bringing a strong technical and customer-focused mindset to a fast-moving team.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Food Technology, Process Engineering or related field.
• Experience in Product/Process Development and/or Technical Sales in industrial bakery is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Translate customer requirements into clear NPD briefs with R&D, NPD and TAMs.
• Support TAMs with line tests, trials, scale-up and troubleshooting at customer facilities.
• Collaborate with KAMs, TAMs, R&D/NPD and marketing to convert technical possibilities into customer solutions.
• Travel across Europe (≈35%) and work onsite from Zierikzee or Ronse.
