Job summary

GLS Global Headquarters in Amsterdam is seeking a Group HR Project Manager (interim) for 12 months to drive key HR initiatives across the GLS group. You will partner with the global executive team to attract, retain and develop GLS talents, leading projects that enhance HR processes and reporting.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years as HR generalist, experience with recruiting and digital HR solutions, and strong communication in English across cultures.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years work experience as an HR generalist, with recruiting, training & development and implementing digital HR solutions.
• Ideally first project management experience with an international stakeholder group.
• Very good communications skills and English.
• A proactive hands on mentality and analytical skills for large amounts of complex information.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment for key Group function roles in partnership with the team.
• Lead strategic Group HR projects, including AI initiatives, SAP SuccessFactors stabilisation, and evaluating a new recruitment solution.
• Drive implementation of the Group HR strategy, including leadership development, HR reporting and best-practice processes for GLS Group functions.

Group HR Project Manager (interim) – 12 months

In your role as Group HR Project Manager, you play a key role in driving group initiatives to attract, retain and develop GLS talents.

The Group HR Project Manager is part of the corporate HR team and is working closely with the GLS global executive team and the GLS HR community in over 20 countries to build a diverse company with an excellent culture driving strategic projects along the employee journey, developing guidelines, tools, assets and best practice solutions.

The Role Will Include The Following

• Manage recruitment for key Group function roles in partnership with the team
• Lead strategic Group HR projects, including AI initiatives, the further stabilisation of SAP SuccessFactors and the evaluation and potential implementation of a new recruitment solution.
• Drive the implementation of the Group HR strategy through further initiatives, subject to priorities and capacity, including leadership development, enhanced HR reporting and the implementation of best-practice HR processes for the GLS Group functions.
