Group Financial Reporting & Consolidation Manager (Full Time)
Based in Eindhoven, Rotterdam or Amersfoort, occasional visits to Lommel - hybrid.

As our new Group Financial Reporting & Consolidation Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate, insightful, and IFRS‑compliant reporting to senior management and our Board. With your expertise, you’ll ensure we meet the highest standards while continuously looking for ways to improve, connect, and simplify.
Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS, including complex areas such as M&A, purchase price allocations, asset disposals, pensions, provisions, revenue recognition, and share‑based payments.
- Act as primary contact for our Big Four external auditors, ensuring smooth audits and timely delivery.
- Support monthly and year‑end closings, reviewing and analysing submissions from subsidiaries.
- Maintain and update the Group Accounting Manual and IFRS policies to ensure consistent application across the organization.
- Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Treasury, Sustainability, and Operations to deliver complete and accurate reporting.
- Coach and guide junior colleagues, fostering knowledge‑sharing within the team.
- Deliver or coordinate IFRS technical trainings internally.
- Contribute to management board and audit committee reporting with clear, high‑level financial insights.
- Spot opportunities for process improvement, automation, and smarter use of consolidation tools (such as OneStream).
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 10+ years’ experience, ideally a mix of Big Four audit and corporate/industry reporting.
- Solid knowledge of IFRS and hands‑on experience with complex accounting matters.
- Track record in group consolidation within a multinational setting.
- Strong communicator who can turn technical topics into clear advice.
- Proactive, hands‑on, and collaborative—you connect people and make things happen.
- Experience with consolidation tools (OneStream or similar) is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage but not required.
