Job summary

CONCR3DE, a growing high-tech manufacturing scale-up in Rotterdam, is seeking a meticulous Financial Administrator to elevate our financial processes.

You will manage financial administration, reporting, budgeting and liquidity, and support organizational tasks. The role offers a hybrid workweek (4 days) and a competitive salary in a dynamic, innovative environment by the Maas river.

Qualifications

• HBO+ degree in finance, accounting or business economics.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar financial role.
• Experience with accounting software and Excel; ERP knowledge a plus.
• Proactive, independent work attitude with attention to detail.
• Affinity for an innovative, technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Process bank transactions, invoices, and AR/AP management.
• Prepare and optimize monthly financial reports with management.
• Budgeting, liquidity management, forecasts, and cash flow planning.
• Prepare annual accounts with the accountant.
• Provide input to further develop the accounting software (MS Dynamics BC).
• Provide organizational and administrative support to the team.

Are you a meticulous and proactive financial professional eager to make an impact within a growing organization? We are an innovative high-tech manufacturing scale-up in Rotterdam and are looking for a Financial Administrator to take our financial processes to the next level.

We are CONCR3DE, a global startup specializing in 3D printing for various industrial applications. You can find our printers in construction, R&D, and high-tech manufacturing companies. We have an international team of 20 colleagues and work at RDM, in an inspiring, creative environment, located in the harbor, in an office right on the Maas river with a waterfront view.

Your tasks and responsibilities

As a Financial Administrator, you are responsible for the financial administration and support management with clear reporting and analyses. Your duties include:

• Financial administration: processing bank transactions, purchase and sales invoices, and accounts receivable and payable management.
• Monthly reporting: preparing and optimizing financial reports in consultation with management.
• Budgeting & liquidity management: preparing and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and cash flow planning.
• Annual accounts: preparing the annual accounts in collaboration with the accountant.
• Automation: providing input on the further development of our accounting software (Microsoft Business Central).
• Organizational support: supporting the team with administrative and organizational tasks.

What do you bring tot the table?

• A completed higher professional education (HBO+) degree in finance, accountancy, or business economics.
• At least 3 years of work experience in a similar financial role.
• Experience with accounting software and Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
• A proactive and independent work attitude, with an eye for detail.
• An affinity for an innovative, technical environment.
