Job summary

Dott is seeking a seasoned Group Accounting leader to own consolidation, external reporting and IFRS positions for the group of ~30 entities. You will report to the CFO, heading the Group Accounting team in Amsterdam and the Statutory Controlling team in Wroclaw.

In this role you will drive technical accounting, liaise with auditors, and prepare statutory and investor reporting for a company preparing for an IPO. English fluency essential; German a plus.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Accounting & Financial Reporting.
• Publicly listed company experience preferred.
• Fluent English; German knowledge is a plus.
• ACCA/CPA/CA or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IFRS consolidated financial statements for the group across ~30 entities.
• Produce quarterly and annual reports for listed bonds and sign off board reporting content.
• Lead external audit engagement and group audits across multi-country entity set.
• Design and maintain internal control framework for financial reporting (SOX/listing).
• Oversee refinancing, capital raises, IPO readiness, M&A and restructurings.
• Build and mentor accounting leaders across Amsterdam and Wroclaw.
