Normec Group is seeking a Group FP&A & Integration Director in Amsterdam to lead planning, performance management and integration across the portfolio. You will work closely with the CFO, shaping the operating model and driving value creation through data-driven insights.

The role leads a team spanning FP&A, integration, BI, ERP and finance applications, pushing profitability and efficiency gains while adopting new technologies and AI-enabled solutions as the organization scales.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance or related field.
• Proven FP&A, performance management and finance transformation experience.
• Experience with buy-and-build or PE-backed growth is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are beneficial.
• Ability to work with senior leadership and boards.
