Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times.
• Oversee the grocery operation of a retail unit: dry grocery, dairy, frozen food and DSD.
• Control budgeting and financial aspects of the Grocery department (budgeted sales, gross margin, shrink, payroll).
• Ensure proper merchandising and stock levels, and maintain 5S standards.
