You will supervise scheduling, inventory control, and food safety compliance while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role focuses on leading a team, ensuring product quality, and maintaining profitability through efficient processes and responsive customer engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, training, and developing partners; planning and directing work; evaluating performance.
• Review historical data to predict sales; manage inventory to maintain in-stock levels.
• Oversee deli operations, ensure quality, safety, and profitability; enforce standards.
• Prepare catering and delivery orders; assist with slicing, weighing, labeling deli products.
• Provide friendly, customer-service oriented interaction with customers and partners.
