Design, execute and interpret laboratory experiments to address customer questions related to grain processing and fermentation, and simulate industrial processes in the laboratory to evaluate enzyme performance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related scientific discipline and hands-on lab experience.
• Experience with HPLC and analytical techniques.
• Ability to analyze experimental results and translate into practical recommendations.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent English language skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and interpret laboratory experiments for grain processing and fermentation.
• Simulate starch processing and bioethanol production in the lab to evaluate enzyme performance.
• Perform analytical testing and data analysis to generate actionable results.
• Develop technical recommendations to optimize fermentation yields and process efficiency.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations communicating findings.
