Flow Traders in Amsterdam is seeking a highly motivated Graduate Trader to join the trading team. The program starts with an extensive 3-month training at the Amsterdam office, covering core business, products, pricing, and proprietary systems.

It will also include participation in trading simulations and quantitative classes with senior traders and researchers. After the training, you will join an established trading desk based on your skills and interests, monitor markets, and gradually take

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics or related.
• Demonstrable interest in trading and global financial markets.
• Proficiency in a programming language (Python preferred) and IT systems.
• Ability to deliver under pressure with strong mental arithmetic and analytical skills.
