Job summary

Flow Traders is seeking driven individuals to join our growing Trading team. You will start with an intensive three-month training program in Amsterdam, building a foundation in our core business, products, and systems.

After the program, you’ll join a trading desk in New York and progressively take on more responsibility, monitoring markets and identifying opportunities. You should have a STEM degree, a demonstrated interest in trading, strong math and analytical skills, and proficiency in

Qualifications

University degree in a STEM field or related area.
Strong interest in trading and global financial markets.
Excellent mental math, quantitative, and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in Python and ability to apply it to data-driven tasks.

Responsibilities

participate in a rigorous training program in Amsterdam; build foundation in Flow Traders’ core business.
Join a trading desk in New York after the program and contribute to desk performance.
Develop skills to make informed, split-second decisions in dynamic markets.
