Flow Traders in Amsterdam is seeking high-potential graduates to join our Trading team as Graduate Traders. You will embark on an intensive 3‑month training program to learn our core business, trading processes, and proprietary systems.

After training, you will rotate onto an established trading desk and begin taking on responsibilities as you grow. The program emphasizes quick learning, teamwork, and a performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

• University degree in a quantitative field or related discipline.
• Demonstrable interest in trading and global financial markets.
• Proficiency in programming (Python preferred) and IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 3‑month training program at our Amsterdam office.
• Learn core business, trading processes, pricing strategies and proprietary systems.
• Join a trading desk after training and contribute to monitoring markets and decisions.
