Job summary
EY-Parthenon in Amsterdam is offering a Graduate Program for graduates to work across Strategy & Execution with rotations between teams and disciplines. Qualifications
- Student or recent graduate with a Master's degree from a Dutch university in Finance, Financial Management, Business Administration, Economics, Econometrics, Computer Science or Mathematics.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong analytical capabilities and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Diligence: analyze the target company and identify opportunities, risks and synergies.
- Integration & separation: help ensure smooth mergers or carve-outs and monitor value creation.
- Corporate strategy: support strategy sessions and final reports.
- Emerging tech: explore technologies and their impact on markets.
- Digital strategy: map digital trends and solutions for clients and sectors.
- M&A agenda: identify value drivers and potential deal types.
