Job summary

Vanderlande seeks a motivated student to define the growth journey for HR Partners. Based at Vanderlande’s Veghel HQ, you will design a Career & Capability Framework using interviews, workshops, and benchmarks to shape competencies and development paths.

You will contribute to the HR operating model, engaging across the HR function to deliver clear pathways and impact. The role blends research with practical design in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, research, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable working independently on strategic projects.
• Strong English communication skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and research methods.
• Mandatory enrolment to a Dutch Education System & resident of The Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Research current HR Partner development practices and review academic insights on HR business partnering.
• Benchmark career frameworks, competency models, and capability-building approaches from other leading companies.
• Conduct interviews and workshops with HR stakeholders to capture key requirements and growth needs.
• Analyze findings to define core competencies, experiences, and growth criteria per functional level.
• Design a practical HR Partner Career & Capability Framework with clear development pathways.
• Create engaging presentations to communicate recommendations and framework outcomes to stakeholders.
