Job summary

DAF Trucks NV is offering a Graduation Intern position in the Supplier Portal Strategy & Design within the SQA department. You will research how to develop a professional supplier portal, interview suppliers and internal stakeholders, benchmark leading practices, and translate findings into a practical roadmap for a centralized portal.

Responsibilities include delivering a business case, strategic recommendations, and a roadmap for implementation, with student mentorship and exposure to digital

Qualifications

• Analytical and research skills to gather, analyse and interpret information.
• Comfort conducting interviews and engaging with stakeholders independently.
• Proactive, self-starting, and able to drive projects forward.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with suppliers and internal stakeholders to understand needs.
• Benchmark supplier portals used by automotive and industrial companies.
• Investigate best practices in supplier communication and self-service portals.
• Analyse current supplier communication channels, processes and pain points.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements for a future supplier portal.
• Deliver a business case, strategic recommendation and implementation roadmap for DAF.
