Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Affinity with agile and DevOps methodologies and process optimisation.
• Analytically strong and enjoys bringing structure to complex situations.
• Communicatively skilled across departments.
• Independent and proactive; takes initiative.
• Good command of Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Research the current DevOps setup and how departments collaborate.
• Conduct interviews with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks.
• Benchmark best practices for DevOps structures and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop a concept proposal for an improved structure (boards, work items, governance).
• Draft an implementation advisory including process agreements, roles and responsibilities.
• Validate and present the solution to the teams involved.
• Your work will be used in practice to solve real workplace challenges.
