Job summary

AdNexo in Rotterdam seeks an experienced Google Media Buyer to build and establish the foundation of our Google Ads function. Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Google Ads media buying experience in the adult vertical (dating, cams, VOD or similar).
• Proven ability to set up, manage and scale profitable Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience with conversion tracking and performance analysis.
• Comfortable working autonomously and in English.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the Google Ads function, including account setup and processes.
• Develop, launch and manage campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube and other channels.
• Continuously optimise campaigns, budgets, bidding strategies and targeting to maximise ROI and increase first-time depositors (FTDs).

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Google Media Buyer to build and establish the foundation of our Google Ads function. In this role, you will take ownership of setting up and managing Google Ads accounts, developing campaign strategies, launching and optimising campaigns, and continuously testing new approaches to drive revenue growth and increase first-time depositors (FTDs). As the first full-time member dedicated to Google Ads within our growing media buying team, you will have the opportunity to shape the channel's strategy, campaign structures and processes. You will work closely with management, operate independently and use data-driven insights to maximise campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage the Google Ads function, including account setup, campaign structures and processes.
• Develop, launch and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube and other relevant channels.
• Continuously optimise campaigns, budgets, bidding strategies and targeting to maximise ROI and increase first-time depositors (FTDs).
• Develop and test ad creatives, copy, landing pages and campaign variations.
• Manage both highly targeted campaigns and large-scale media buying activities.
• Monitor campaign performance using Google Ads, Voluum and other tracking tools to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with management to evaluate offers, refine strategies and scale profitable campaigns.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5+ years of proven Google Ads media buying experience within the adult vertical (dating, cams, VOD or similar).
• Strong hands-on experience setting up, managing and scaling profitable Google Ads campaigns.
• Solid knowledge of Google Ads campaign types, bidding strategies, targeting and optimisation.
• Experience with conversion tracking, campaign testing and performance analysis.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager and Voluum.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make independent, data-driven decisions.
• Comfortable working autonomously, taking ownership and communicating effectively in English.
• Hands-on, adaptable and eager to grow with AdNexo.
